This policy covers the Model Behavior: AI Audit game for iPhone and iPad and this website. Data controller: Ahmet Faruk Akgün. Contact: dev@beatcatch.com.

In short

The game collects no data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. The game does not connect to the internet; the only exception is the "Privacy" link on the title screen, which opens this page.

What stays on your device

The game saves these on your device so you can pick up where you left off:

• your current run: its seed code and the moves you made,
• which tips you have already seen,
• your language choice and your sound, music and haptics settings.

None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes it. Like any app's data, it may be included in your device backups, depending on your own backup settings.

Sharing a result

"Share result" opens the system share sheet with a short text summary of your run and its seed code. You choose whether to share it and with whom; nothing is sent to us.

Crash reports

If you have chosen in your device settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may pass us anonymous crash reports. We use them only to fix bugs. You can change this in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.

Children

The game is not directed at children. We do not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

This website

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. It uses no cookies and no analytics, and its fonts are served from the site itself. Cloudflare processes your IP address briefly to deliver the pages.
